Hi, my name is Liz and I’m happy you’ve found my business! I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida and I hold multiple certifications in bodywork. I started my career in nursing which has fostered my continued interest in anatomy and physiology. Using that experience I am able to enhance my skills as a therapist and use that knowledge to help my clients to best of my ability. I have a passion for helping people and I am so happy that I found massage therapy as a platform.
I believe that a multi-modality approach is the best way to help my clients. Every massage is custom tailored to help the client enter into a deep state of relaxation. Through that relaxation, the body enters the parasympathetic response which enables me to help the client with reducing chronic pain, gaining more mobility and reducing stress.
This is my nineteenth year in this field and I have an immense appreciation for the business I have built. My main focus in this season of my career is facial massage. I am happy to offer people an alternative treatment to botox and fillers through the use of specialized massage techniques. I hold certifications in neuromuscular therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology, prenatal therapy, manual lymph drainage, and I am a certified herbalist. I truly have a passion for helping people and appreciate the gift of healing touch to help people feel their best.
